Right of withdrawal, complaints & returns
Right of withdrawal
- According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59), the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason. The message is sent to info@tcgstore.se. The customer receives a return slip via email from Tcgstore.
- The right of withdrawal is calculated from the day the Customer has received the goods. The right of withdrawal means that the Customer may examine the product but not break the seal or open the goods in any other way; if this happens, the right to withdraw expires. Returned goods must therefore be in unbroken packaging and in unused and undamaged condition. Goods that have been opened or where the seal has been removed will not be replaced.
- The shipping cost for sending the product back to Tcgstore is borne by the Customer. If the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal, Tcgstore will refund what the Customer has paid no later than 30 days from the date the product was received by Tcgstore.
- When you exercise your right of withdrawal, Tcgstore will refund the amount you paid for the item, including delivery costs. You are responsible for the return shipping. When returning part of the order, the delivery cost is not refunded.
- Please also note that you as the customer are financially responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us.
- Be sure to include your order number with the returned shipment.
- When canceling an upcoming product, we refer to the terms and conditions for pre-orders.
Returns & Complaints
- If your item is damaged or faulty, you must make a complaint within 14 days of receiving the item.
- For all types of complaints, Tcgstore's customer service must be contacted (info@tcgstore.se) before any goods are returned by the Customer.
- Returned goods must always be sent in the original packaging or similar packaging to ensure proper transport. Do not forget to include your order number.
- Tcgstore does not redeem returned goods that incur any costs for Tcgstore (e.g. if the goods were sent cash on delivery).
- We recommend that you inspect the products upon receipt and that you report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or delivery point and note the damage on the shipping documents.
Refund
The return process usually takes up to 14 days when you return an item or order to us.
- It usually takes 2-5 banking days for your refund to appear in your account. Depending on the payment method and bank, it can take up to 10 banking days in some cases.
- If the return is approved, the return and refund notice will be sent to your specified e-mail address.

- Should an item you purchased on the website be defective or damaged, our customer service must be contacted within 14 days of receiving your order.
