Refund

The return process usually takes up to 14 days when you return an item or order to us.

  • It usually takes 2-5 banking days for your refund to appear in your account. Depending on the payment method and bank, it can take up to 10 banking days in some cases.

When will my order be shipped?
  • Your order will normally be packed within 1-3 business days of purchase. A delivery confirmation will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery. It is only after the shipment has left the warehouse that it can be tracked.
  • Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped when all ordered items are available in stock.
Can I make changes to my order?
