Trading Card Game Store is a Swedish webshop specializing in trading cards and TCG products. On this page, you will find information to help you before, during, and after your purchase.
Is the product in stock?
All products available for order are stocked in our warehouse in Sweden and shipped from there.
If a product can be added to the shopping cart, it is normally in stock and can be ordered immediately.
Products that are out of stock usually cannot be ordered via the website.
Pre-order Products
Products marked with PRE-ORDER are not yet in stock but can be ordered in advance. These will be shipped as soon as the product arrives in our warehouse.
If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, the order will be shipped when all products are in stock, unless otherwise specified.
Please note that stock levels are continuously updated and may change due to high demand.
Returns, cancellation rights & refunds
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the goods.
Does the right of withdrawal apply to opened trading cards?
No. Opened booster packs, boxes or other sealed collectibles are not eligible for returns.
To make a return you must:
- Log in with your email address
- Go to Orders
- Select current order
- Click on Request Return and enter the reason for return.
Once your return has been approved, further instructions will be sent via email.
The return process usually takes up to 14 days when you return an item or order to us.
- It usually takes 2-5 banking days for your refund to appear in your account. Depending on the payment method and bank, it can take up to 10 banking days in some cases.
- If the return is approved, a return and refund notification will be sent to your specified email address.
How long is the delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 1–4 working days within Sweden. During peak season, holidays or launches, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Has my order been confirmed?
- When you shop on the website, an order confirmation is always sent to your specified e-mail.
- If you do not receive an order confirmation after ordering, please contact our customer service to confirm that your order has been received.
When will my order be shipped?
- Your order will normally be packed within 1-3 business days of purchase. A delivery confirmation will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery. It is only after the shipment has left the warehouse that it can be tracked.
- Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped when all ordered items are available in stock.
Price guarantee
Price Guarantee – 14 Days
We want you to always feel secure with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day price guarantee on all products purchased through our website.
If the price of an item you have purchased is reduced on our website within 14 days of your purchase, you will receive a refund for the difference.
How to Use the Price Guarantee
Contact our customer service within 14 days of your purchase and provide your order number, and we will assist you.
Refund
Upon an approved price guarantee claim, the difference will be deposited into your customer account with us. The amount can then be used for your next purchase in the webshop and will appear as a voucher at checkout when you are logged in.

Are the cards authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and purchased from authorized suppliers.
Do you weigh booster packs?
No. We never weigh, sort or otherwise affect our products. The contents are always random and unopened.
What condition are the cards in?
Unless otherwise stated, single cards are sold in Near Mint condition. Any deviations are always noted in the product description.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us directly with pictures of the damage and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Pre-orders & releases
What about pre-orders?
Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. Dates listed are preliminary.
Can I cancel a pre-booking?
Yes, as long as the product has not been shipped, you can cancel by contacting us.
Complaint
If you have received:
- a damaged item
- the wrong item
- a missing item
you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act (2022:260).
Variations in outer packaging
In some cases, a product may have minor variations in its outer packaging, such as:
- the plastic seal may be somewhat loose, wrinkled, or uneven
- the weld seam where the shrink wrap was heat-sealed may in some cases be slightly open or have minor gaps
- the packaging may have minor aesthetic differences from other samples
Such variations are not to be considered as damage or defect in themselves, provided that:
- the item is unbroken and unopened
- the contents are not affected
The appearance of the outer packaging may differ between various deliveries and batches from our suppliers. This is not grounds for a complaint according to the Consumer Purchases Act (2022:260), as long as the item is otherwise faultless and consistent with what was agreed upon.
If you have received an item where the seal is broken, the item is damaged, or if any other discrepancy exists, please contact our customer service according to our complaint procedures.
Right to complain
- A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered
We recommend that you inspect the item upon receipt and report visible transit damage directly to the carrier or the pick-up point.
