Shipping & delivery
Delivery time
- 2-5 working days with PostNord Service Point and DHL Service Point (delivery point/agent).
- 1-3 business days with PostNord Varubrev 1st class (delivered to your mailbox or door).
*Your order will normally be packed within 1-3 business days of purchase. A delivery confirmation will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery. It is only after the shipment has left the warehouse that it can be tracked.
*Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped in full when all ordered items are available for delivery.
Shipping cost
- The shipping cost is calculated by the weight and size of the items added to the shopping cart.
- Shipping costs from 39 SEK.
- Free shipping on purchases over 2999 SEK.
Damaged goods / missing goods
- In the event that goods are broken or missing, it is important that this is reported within 14 days of receipt. The report is made to info@tcgstore.se .
- Our goods that are sent to you are documented to ensure that all goods and packaging are intact when handed over to the carrier, and to ensure that the correct goods have been sent.
Unredeemed packages
- Packages remain at your agent's premises for 7 days.
- If you do not collect your package or incorrect information has been provided, you will be invoiced for the costs of round-trip shipping without our shipping subsidy, as well as a packing and handling fee of SEK 69.
